Carson Dermatology is Hiring a Medical Assistant Near Carson, NV
Fast paced dermatology group practice seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and personable individual. Must have the ability to work well with others and multi-task responsibilities as needed. Candidate should be able to easily engage patients and make them feel comfortable and well informed. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-rooming patients
-obtaining medical history
-scribe for the provider using EMA electronic medical records
-setting up and assisting in biopsies/surgical procedures
-accession pathology specimens
-patient communication; answering questions and returning messages
-instrument sterilization
Experienced medical assistant in dermatology is desirable but not mandatory. CPR certified is preferable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
